Intrigue and complexity within human behaviour is just so much linked with emotional patterns that even having the information is not sufficient for decision making. Decision making is left on feeling and what drives those feelings is purely linked with surrounding environment in which you are for a period of time. This is where openness to ideas, interaction with different cultures helps to maintain stability. I wonder that how will this develope if everybody goes in silos and think I am great. Wouldn’t that bring more conflict or even saying the right words could hurt the feelings and eventually decision making. Depending on the decision making, constructive ways look for common grounds and destructive ways will look for weaknesses. Interestingly, both common grounds and weaknesses are developed over a period of time and surroundings you are in. It is a matter of choice again on feelings to choose which way you are going ahead with. Feelings would tend to establish a premise either based on interest which eventually mean something good for a set of people or strong emotion. What is meant by good direction, maybe enhancing human experience and life. What could be triggering strong emotion again goes back to the surrounding. Surrounding could be manipulated at individual and collective level so decision making becomes risky. However if it is based on enhancing human experience then risks are minimized. Now interesting question could be whose human experience and how do we define. Maybe there would be a technology one day which can reproduce various human experiences and say which one is better.
